We just got a Home loan from Rocket and Paul was a joy to work with, as this was my first experience trying to secure a mortgage Paul was Great! He answered all my questions in terms understandable to a regular guy and trust me I had alot.
Even though there was a 3 hour time difference Paul always answered his phone and addressed my concerns even on Sunday! Javier stayed in touch throughout the process. He was informative, friendly, and knowledgeable. The only advice I might give him is that we folks not in the biz is may not understand that the “no cost to you” appraisal is actually added to the loan (not due at time of apparaisal) or will indeed not cost you if the appraisal puts your home value under the required amount.
