Maisee was awesome! I remembered when I called rocket just to ask a few questions, it was Maisee that answered the call. I was inquiring about my HELOAN and seeing it was beneficial to refinance it to a lower term. She gave me two different scenarios and we agreed upon reducing my current 20 year loan to a 10 year loan. She saved me approximately seven years of my loan.
