Joseph Manders for CEO!! It was an absolute pleasure working with Joe. I was brand new to the home buying process and when Joseph called me out of the blue offering to help, it was like Willy Wonka just handed me the golden ticket. I had a million and one questions that I’m sure I could have Googled the answer, but I would just wait to ask Joe. Honestly, I trusted him more! He explained everything in detail and was extremely patient through it all. Even as I went on through the process and worked with other Rocket Mortgage employees, I was often times redirected to Joe because he was just that knowledgeable!
