I am not sure this rating goes to Mona, or the Underwriting Team at Rocket. I sense that Mona did a great job, but that the Underwriters failed her. A simple loan was made ridiculously difficult, and I doubt very much that I will ever use Rocket again. While I appreciate their attention to detail, the Underwriting Team's grasp of anything more than simple bank balances was frustrating. Why Schwab ...I am not sure this rating goes to Mona, or the Underwriting Team at Rocket. I sense that Mona did a great job, but that the Underwriters failed her. A simple loan was made ridiculously difficult, and I doubt very much that I will ever use Rocket again. While I appreciate their attention to detail, the Underwriting Team's grasp of anything more than simple bank balances was frustrating. Why Schwab and Rocket have a relationship is questionable. I fail to understand why a sophisticated financial institution like Schwab associates itself with a nickel and dime discount Mortgage Company?
