It’s been a long road but it finally came! Tracie took over for someone who had left the company. I had my reservation as I really liked working with the previous rep. Tracie did not hold back. As far as customer service, she’s by far A+. Not only did she make herself readily available throughout the entire process. We aren’t even in the same time zone!...We closed yesterday, February 21, 2023!

As far as customer service, she’s by far A+. Not only did she make herself readily available throughout the entire process. We aren’t even in the same time zone! She continues to go over and beyond even today, after closing. Whenever we had questions regarding our documents, she made contact with the right people to make sure we had everything we needed at every stage of the process. I truly appreciate her making this process as easy as she could for us. I’d definitely recommend her without any reservation. We appreciate you Tracie!
