Drew was phenomenal. As a Broker, I have the opportunity to work with many Loan Officers, and unfortunately, in past experiences my dealings with Rocket Mortgage have been stressful and dramatic. Closing dates have been missed, calls have gone unreturned, and it's been a horrible situation. When my Clients told me of their desire to use Rocket, I cringed. I had planned to see which lender I would go to the finish line with but Jeff's estimate and professionalism surpassed all of the other competitors way before the finish line.
