Kai was amazing. I’m not too computer savvy, but he walked me through several steps like literally telling me look on the right side of the screen at the bottom there should be an arrow he had to help me doing a PDF. I called this man 100 times he would literally reply and say is it important? Can I call you in a minute or he would call me right away without him this Loan would not have been ...Kai was amazing. Can I call you in a minute or he would call me right away without him this Loan would not have been possible because no one else would have the patient to help me the way he did I let people bosses know when they’re not doing their job and when people are doing their job, I also let the boss know they’re doing a great job and I’m gonna be calling his boss to let them know he deserves a raise even when my loan was passed off to someone else or the next phase. It was probably one of the worst Loan experience I’ve encountered and this is our fourth home. No fees were ever mentioned on the letter or application process. Bank of America has zero fees. I should’ve done my homework.
