John and I supported by husband and I 100% through our first home mortgage search experience. We had a peculiar case with fluctuating schedules (night shifts, etc.) and he was with us all the way, balancing communications when we needed them, making sure we were aware of what questions to ask him, as well as other groups that we may be researching.
