Rocket Mortgage recently took over MrCooper who was servicing my home loan. Twice I tried to do a cash out refinance and it didn't go through. Fortunately, Nik was able to close the deal. He said the process would take about 3 weeks and it did. I will definitely reach out to Nik again with any home loan needs. He is knowledgeable and returned my emails and calls in a timely manner.
