I have worked with Rocket Mortgage in the past as a buyers agent. I will be honest in the past it had not been a great experience . Then I had the pleasure to work with Lucas Evangelista, he went above and beyond for the clients, he was phenomenal to work with. He was responsive, proactive and conscious .He was what every client needs I would love to have the oppertunity to work with him again...I have worked with Rocket Mortgage in the past as a buyers agent. You can tell a lot about a person when you are physically infront of them. I haven't had that opportunity to sit with Paula; however, she is definitely in my top 10 of people when conducting business.

I refinanced a flip property thru Elizabeth. I had 4 other mortgage companies that told me that i could not get a refinance done. She managed to get it done, even with a great rate! She was there every step of the way and definitely went above and beyond to make my refinance experience as stress free as possible. I would definitely use her for my next properties aswell.
