Although she is busy, she always takes the time to return emails, phone calls, texts, or whatever method of communication you decide to use, in a timely manner. She went above and beyond to work with us on our loan. If we had setbacks, she was patient and gave us the time we needed to address the issue. Definitely A++++

For example, we spent a week going in circles about funds from abroad before being told they wouldn’t be accepted — something that should have been clarified upfront. Additionally, when they suggested increasing the loan amount, it wasn’t made clear that doing so would raise the interest rate. Each time we reviewed the documents, new points were added, even though we had been explicit from the beginning that we did not want any.

While we recognize and appreciate his responsiveness and good intentions, the overall process felt confusing and at times frustrating. Clearer guidance and transparency early on would have made a big difference.Read MoreRead Less
