Andrew was amazing.
I was skeptical. I did a lot of research before contacting Rocket (I didn’t quite believe they were legit- so many things are scams nowadays). But after confirming they were a legitimate and major lending company, I filled out a form online to refinance and was graced with Andrew as my agent. My experience was exceptional. Andrew communicated extremely well, was very quick to answer any random questions (even after hours) and had detailed knowledge of the entire process.
I actually was sad when I went to closing that Andrew wasn’t my “closer”. (Also five stars for that process though!) Thank you, Andrew, for making my refinance a breeze and guiding me through what I thought would be a stressful process. The entire Rocket Mortgage experience was a breeze and I would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a mortgage, refinance or equity loan.

I have to admit, I was a little nervous about going through the process of applying for a home loan through Rocket Mortgage. The fact that everything was primarily done online was a little new for me, especially since I hadn’t done anything like this before. But now after I have completed the purchase of my wonderful new home with the help of Mr. Hardy Short and his team members, I would absolutely recommend this company to any and everyone interested in purchasing a new home.
