I was disappointed with our experience with Rocket Mortgage and would not recommend them based on how our closing was handled.

Due to poor communication and delays involving someone in the Chicago office, we missed our scheduled signing by two days. John’s team worked to have everything prepared and sent over on Sunday night so the East Coast team would receive it first thing Monday morning, yet ...I was disappointed with our experience with Rocket Mortgage and would not recommend them based on how our closing was handled.

Due to poor communication and delays involving someone in the Chicago office, we missed our scheduled signing by two days. John’s team worked to have everything prepared and sent over on Sunday night so the East Coast team would receive it first thing Monday morning, yet the signing was still delayed with very little explanation, despite the urgency of the situation.

Throughout the process, Rocket Mortgage was persistent when requesting paperwork from us, but that same sense of urgency did not seem to apply when action was needed on their end.
