I would give Cecilia more stars than five! She was extremely personable, extremely efficient, extremely professional and she made sure that I was not put through any unnecessary steps in order to get my loan approved, but yet she was thorough. very time I talked to her, I felt like I was talking to a friend. I initiated an application, which was approved but had to put the loan on hold. Several months later, I specifically reached out to Cecilia because of my prior experience with her.
