I was looking for a home equity loan. Candice wanted to sell me a mortgage at a much higher interest rate. I was not interested in redoing my mortgage. I just wanted to apply for a home equity. She did not listen to what I wanted. She was to busy trying to get me to get a Mortgage.
After over an hour on the phone. She would not again listen to my needs. I finally
