Sean tried, but there were a lot of communication disconnects that caused issues. Sean was not knowledgeable on what was required, and unable to get answers. My loan needed to be escalated. I was surprised over and over, after asking many times what was requiredfrom me. For my solar agreement, I needed an addendum and it took at least 4 inquiries after escalation ( 2 before escalation) to get ...Sean tried, but there were a lot of communication disconnects that caused issues. Sean was not knowledgeable on what was required, and unable to get answers. My loan needed to be escalated. I was surprised over and over, after asking many times what was requiredfrom me. For my solar agreement, I needed an addendum and it took at least 4 inquiries after escalation ( 2 before escalation) to get the verbiage needed. This delayed things about 1 month. Then we were delayed more days on closing, because they tried to verify my employment without asking me. Most HR portals require the employee to authorize and request this type of verification. It took me 5 minutes to get what was needed after days of delay. Better communication and more up frontness would have made this whole process much easier, faster, and less stressful.Read MoreRead Less
