I was concerned because I was purchasing a condo and never had gone through that process but Crystal ensured that the condo would pass lender requirements prior to extending an offer ensuring peace of mind. Again I can go on and on about how great Crystal was but please do not hesitate to reach out to her yourself and I promise you will not be disappointed.
