First time buying a home and Ben did a fantastic job of helping me get the paper work together! He was excellent at making phone calls on my behalf which was excellent for my busy schedule! He also uploaded documents for me when I would send them to him, which saved me a ton of time logging in and uploading them to the website myself. Just a wonderful guy and a great experience! We we're very fortunate to work with Maryana on our refinance. She is a very pleasant person, likes what she does and enjoys helping others achieve their refiance goal. Any question or concern I had, she addressed promptly via text or phone if needed. I'm not tech savvy but Maryana is and did a fantastic job walking me through scanning and sending on my phone.
