While trying to refinance with rocket mortgage I realized my credit score had dropped to low to be eligible for a loan and they connected me with Kristen, who was nothing but sweet, patient and helpful to me. She was able to help me raise my score 30 points to where I would qualify for the loan. Couldn’t have done it with out her!
