I worked with Kyle recently to refinance an adjustable rate mortgage that was about to jump up to a much higher rate. The timeframe was fairly tight to get the new deal in place, but Kyle stayed on top of his internal folks on a daily basis to make sure we completed everything - smoothly and on time.
