Jake was very kind and understanding of my current situation with my with passing recently leaving me with a single income to manage all of my responsibilities.
Jake was able to establish a refinance that would allow me to keep my home so I could continue to help with my aging mother and disabled sister.
It was a huge relief and one I would certainly give Jake more stars if I could.
