Our experience with Rocket Mortgage was a little tough. We was handed off to certain personnel at the end, who did not know what was going on with our loan package. We were approved with not paying off my truck and at the last moment, we were told that we had to pay it off and I depleted my savings to do so. Also we could have closed a three days earlier than we did, so I ended up with a Uhaul ...Our experience with Rocket Mortgage was a little tough.
