Suzy was incredible, when I applied for the refinance I drug my feet for several months and my loam was put into "we tried" pile. When I finally kicked it into gear she was willing and able to put it back together and get me refinanced, I was surprised by her willingness to has it all over again, but she did gladly and with enthusiasm.
