He was wonderful and went out of his way to help me and make sure that I understood everything completely. Even though I don't know computers as well as the younger generation he made things simple. I only have a trackphone and was unable to send documents that were needed. He gave me a special e-mail and I was able to go to Staples and forward what was needed. He was super!!!!

My experience with Rocket Mortgage and Mark was superior to the bank who I initially started. My wife had recently passed and the bank wanted documentation that I could not always provide and they were slow with their process. Rocket Mortgage was fast and required minimum documentation.
