Not one time did I ever feel rushed or that ANY of my questions weren't significant. I feel he was very patient and went above and beyond to get my loan to the next level in a timely manner all while working diligently to make sure that it was a pleasant experience for me. I would and have recommended Rocket Mortgage to others and if they happen to get William as a part of their loan team, they should consider that a bonus.
