When I was initially shopping around for my mortgage, I was hesitant to use Rocket Mortgage over the more typical big bank lenders. However, within the first minute of talking with Adam he erased any hesitation I had! He held my hand through the entire process (which I needed as a first time home buyer), and he was even available over weekends or later in the evening if I had questions or concerns. Our experience with Rocket Mortgage was a little tough. We was handed off to certain personnel at the end, who did not know what was going on with our loan package. We were approved with not paying off my truck and at the last moment, we were told that we had to pay it off and I depleted my savings to do so. Also we could have closed a three days earlier than we did, so I ended up with a Uhaul ...Our experience with Rocket Mortgage was a little tough.
