Kailee had most of the information I was seeking correct. I did feel as if she was pushing us along, as if to get one more closing in the pipeline to help with her numbers or quota for the month! That bothered me because my wife underwent a serious surgery, and Kailee was still trying to get me to submit information for the mortgage the day of the surgery.

Angela was so helpful during the refinancing of our house. We didn't have to contact her a lot, but when we did, she was quick to get back to us and give us the information we needed. She never acted like it was an imposition when we talked. She was always polite and professional. Definitely would recommend her to anyone needing a mortgage or refinance.

Ted stepped in and worked my loan into shape, He listened and give me very useful information that lead us to be able to tap into the Equity of Our home, so we could consolidate debt and have some left over for repairs and put some back for future endeavors. Ted really took care of our needs and got it all done in a timely manner. I recommend Ted to everyone. He will get things done.

I think the only thing in the loan process, would be to have a complete list of things homeowners need to get done, right away, so there aren't any week long delays..
