Ashley was very friendly and helpful. We had a great start and towards the end we started having some issues. We understood that there is more than one person involved with these loans. There was a significant amount of money that was not going to be returned to us. After noticing this we quickly gave Ashley a call and she was promptly on it. On our closing date on our actual appointment they had forgotten to send us and the lady that was doing all the notary for our closing the documents for the closing. We started our appointment 45 min late due to this negligence. I understand this is all alot of work for them but, it is for us as well. Unfortunately, by not fault of Justin, I cannot give full marks due to not being able to do a separate review or Kim and Janice. Both of these people were my contacts during my closing paperwork phase of the loan and did not meet the high standards that Justin set.

We had the process moving smoothly, but due to slow communication from Kim and the appraiser our good pacing turned into a tight timeline. Janice only made the problem worse (Can't speak too much to her part as I never was able to get her on the phone). At the end, I had to guess on the final down payment amount and I did not get to see my final closing paperwork till the morning of my closing. This was nerve racking and not ideal.Read MoreRead Less
