Justin was a great first contact and did an amazing job walking me through my first home loan. He consistently was there for me and answered all my questions. He deserves full marks for his part in the journey.

Unfortunately, by not fault of Justin, I cannot give full marks due to not being able to do a separate review or Kim and Janice. Both of these people were my contacts during my closing paperwork phase of the loan and did not meet the high standards that Justin set.

We had the process moving smoothly, but due to slow communication from Kim and the appraiser our good pacing turned into a tight timeline. Janice only made the problem worse (Can't speak too much to her part as I never was able to get her on the phone). At the end, I had to guess on the final down payment amount and I did not get to see my final closing paperwork till the morning of my closing. This was nerve racking and not ideal.Read MoreRead Less

Heather was amazing throughout the entire process. I appreciated her updating us through email when there were changes or to just check in on how we were in the process. She was always responsive over email and always more than happy to talk over the phone to answer any questions we had no matter how simple they seemed. As a first-time homebuyer I could not recommend her enough.
