Jamal was the best, most helpful mortgage banker you can ask for. He made this refinance go so smoothly. We've been trying to refinance for a while and it never really worked out. Working with Jason was much easier than working with the other company we had be shopping before selecting RM. Our previous company would take days to reply to any questions we had and we had plenty. But with Jason, all of our questions were answered quickly and promptly. In fact, Jason would answer questions that we didn't even know we needed to ask!
