Taylor went above and beyond to help obtain a much better rate e and explained each item in detail if needed , and he made what can be a very stressful process feel clear, manageable, and even reassuring. Honestly, I wish I could have worked with him through the entire process. Unfortunately, the way things are structured, he handles the initial portion and then you transition to someone else for closing—but if I had the choice, I would have stuck with Taylor from start to finish without hesitation.
