I can tell you Lucas was a tremendous help in understanding and processing our mortgage app. He worked with us until we got to exactly where we wanted to be with our mortgage. He also has a very calm and reassuring attitude. I know that goes along with having a wealth of knowledge in getting a job done well. Refinancing a home is often a trial of sorts - lots of paperwork, documents forever and there is ALWAYS one more something needed. Frank cut through most of that and did so with unusual grace. He returns calls , solves problems and gets answers and follows through. Rocket is lucky to have him aw we were.

Other lenders told my I didn't qualify because of issues on my credit report. Ryan went the extra mile and helped me determine that some of the issues were erroneous. He also helped me to hunt down and pay off some debts I was unaware of. After that, we were able to push through a cash out refi on my duplex. I'm extremely grateful to Ryan for putting in the work where others wouldn't!
