If I could give him zero stars, I would. Any issues that would pop up, we had to track him down. We were told all was good so much just to find out that wasn’t true. I rarely got any notifications from the app on things that needed completion or the uploaded document wasn’t enough. When trying to contact him, he was nice at first. When trying to contact him, he was nice at first. Then when we were in panic about possibly losing the house, his kindness faded. He told me we needed to have patience when we were past the closing document due date. That should never had been the case had he done his job. Why no phone calls? Why no reaching out if something wasn’t right? Don’t ever tell someone they need patience when they are afraid to lose their house because you failed to be proactive.Read MoreRead Less
