This was my first ever home purchase, and it couldn't have been a smoother process. Carolyn was professional, quick to respond, and helped me get the best terms on my loan possible. When property taxes came back higher than expected, resulting in an initial down payment increase from 3 to 10% (which I couldn't afford and would lose the home as a result), she worked to help me buy down the ...This was my first ever home purchase, and it couldn't have been a smoother process. Carolyn was professional, quick to respond, and helped me get the best terms on my loan possible. When property taxes came back higher than expected, resulting in an initial down payment increase from 3 to 10% (which I couldn't afford and would lose the home as a result), she worked to help me buy down the intereset rate and put a bit more money down to keep me under contract. It worked perfectly and I ended up going back down to 3%. So I ended up with the same down payment and an interest rate 1.25% lower!! Really good work.
