I am writing to formally report my deeply dissatisfying experience with Loan "Officer" Zach Lytle. During our consultations, Mr. Lytle explicitly wrote and communicated a refinancing package that included a zero-down-payment option, a lower monthly payment, and a deferred mortgage payment period of two months.

Unfortunately, none of these terms were delivered. Instead, the engagement resulted in an unnecessary hard credit inquiry and a significant waste of time. It became clear throughout the process that Mr. Lytle lacks the necessary experience, professional qualifications, and baseline competency required for complex refinancing transactions. Furthermore, his lack of familiarity with internal resources and poor written communication skills reflect highly negatively on the standards of the company.

Given the lack of transparency and professional execution, I no longer trust Rocket Mortgage with my financial matters. I strongly recommend a review of Mr. Lytle's credentials and oversight, as his current level of unsupervised client communication and account management poses a risk to consumers.

I am not sure when Kyle came on to our account because his answer to that continued to change. Whatever the case may be this is more of a review for rocket mortgage. This would be our fourth mortgage and it is the worst experience. Despite communicating efficiently with the mortgage company, 2 days before we were supposed to close confusion arose. Despite communicating efficiently with the mortgage company, 2 days before we were supposed to close confusion arose. We had to move money around and checks had to be cut. This means that our closing got pushed back and we nearly lost our dream home, because of mistakes on the part of rocket mortgage. It was incredibly stressful and has had a lasting impact on our finances. We were also promised a lower interest rate than we ended up with. They also made mistakes in closing credits given to us by the seller and we had to ask the seller to cut us a check because of their mistake.Read MoreRead Less
