To be honest Kevin was great very nice and very experienced in his field. I did feel a little slighted when he did not disclose to me about the points to bring my loan percentage rate down. I explained I could find a lower rate and I gave Rocket the opportunity to match or beat it and they came close but did not disclose that it would cost me to buy down the rate. I decided to go with Rocket ...To be honest Kevin was great very nice and very experienced in his field.
