So I was originally applying for a mortgage loan with a different lender.I was communicating with my agent via email text and phone. Long story short the agent went on vacation for a week and didn’t tell anyone about me or where we were at in the process, and needless to say I was quite frustrated. So I called up Rocket Mortgage. I got connected with Ken Jones. I got connected with Ken Jones. Right off the bat Ken was on top of it and within about an hour I was already signing documents via DocuSign. The next day Ken was unavailable, but not to worry, a member of Ken‘s team contacted me and was able to keep the ball rolling. As a team they never let me down.
