Allen provided constant communication and quickly responded to every request and email I sent, and there were a few. Not only was he a joy to work with, but he also showed incredible patients. He remained on our initial call with us for well over an hour, while he walked us through uploading all the required document to expedite our refinancing process. Not only did he treat us with professionalism, but also infused a level of friendliness that put us at ease and made us realize we were in good hands!
