My experience with our recent refinancing led me to Allen with Rocket Mortgage. Allen's expertise, quality of service, and professionalism through the financing process exceed my expectations. I found that he knows the systems and in this technology driven era that in itself puts him a step ahead. He walked me through getting onboard with Rocket's App which made the process of getting the application completed and documents submit in record time. He then kept me informed during the underwriting of our loan, which communication is key to making this side of the process less stressful. Overall, the process from start to finish really far exceed my expectations due to Allen's knowledge of Rocket's systems and processes. I would highly recommend Allen with any mortgage lending needs.
