I started my loan process with Mr. Cooper, but that was while Rocket Mortgage was completing the merger, and the loan couldn't close on time. I reapplied with Rocket and Moe was assigned to my loan. He moved things along very quickly. He responded to questions immediately, and he worked up different scenarios so I wouldn't have out of pocket costs at closing.
