We had run into a situation that didn’t allow us to move forward with the loan with someone else because of a report with suggestions that wasn’t even required anymore for the loan. Ashley was able to get us past those “felt like easy” fixes that the previous people couldn’t. So we were able to get the loan we needed to make improvements to our home!
