This time we decided to use Rocket Mortgage and worked with Robert Divis. Our home buying process was long. It started with a reach out and contemplation of moving about 10 months prior. Given the market it was difficult to find a home, so after multiple offers, we did not end up closing after securing a new build until 10 months or so after starting to work together.

I cannot say enough good things about Robert. He is AMAZING. Robert was extremely patient, kind, and knowledgeable. Some weeks I was talking with Robert almost daily on the difficulties we were having with the Seller/Builder. Robert truly became a friend and trusted professional who always consulted with us on the best options for our situation. I miss my daily chats with Robert.

For those considering buying a home and looking for a mortgage professional I HIGHLY recommend Robert. I cannot imagine anyone more knowledgeable, responsive, or kind in this field. Chris is an amazing person. If I could write as much as i would like in this review, there probably wouldn't be enough of space for our words. Chris made my entire refinance process the simplest process ever. We were denied multiple times before. I called Rocket mortgage and was transferred to Chris. I literally had no hope left. From day one Chris was upfront, honest, accommodating and beyond ...Chris is an amazing person.
