Working with Matt was a joy! I got a cold call about refinancing, which I had done with Rocket last year. I mentioned that I would be traveling to MN to look for a new place to share with my son there. The caller referred (transferred) me to Matt for a new mortgage. He made the it so easy. He explained options so we knew exactly. The only inconvenient part Wes getting checks that had to be sent to pay items off. We sent check for USAA which was overpayment because we had to pay two payment during the process and they still have not sent overpayment of over 1,000. But Brent’s part was excellent.
