It is obvious that Rocket Mortgage and their employees have bought into this paradigm and it is a huge benefit to both customer and company. My hot button is communication and Bianka gets excellent marks for that. Next is follow-up and once again Bianka is off the charts. Finally, knowledge of the business and your products is paramount and, again, Bianka is well prepared to serve her clients.
