I give Ryan 5 stars really for responsiveness, professionalism and knowledge, but one thing he could not accomplish was working with the underwriters to update the amounts going to my creditors. For example, one of them is getting $4000 more than I owe and now I’ll have the headache of getting my money returned from them.
