Jordan was great, fast, understood urgency, understood our needs and was very responsive. We wished we didn't have to deal with Chris though, as I am now going to get hit with late payment and interest on my credit card as I was told not to pay for it because it was going to be paid by escrow, even though I noted the deadline for payment.
