I have to admit that I was skeptical. My husband initiated the refinance process with a phone call. I was unhappy that he was giving out personal details with someone we do not know. Nancy was patient, kind, informed and worked very hard to help us through this process. Nancy provided us with a phone number where we could call her at any time for answers to questions and concerns we might have. My husband and I were pleased with the entire process dealing with Rocket Mortgage - even when the process went beyond the initial contact and we dealt with different representatives.
