I had already begun a mortgage with another lender, but it was WAY to expensive. I'm self employed & didn't have this years taxes done. I contacted Christian Porter at Rocket Mortgage and they simply confirmed I HAD sent my taxea and gave me a standard loan with a rate that was 2.5 points BETTER ! My potential payment for a 160k loan went from $1,256 with the other guys, down to $802 for a 180k ...I had already begun a mortgage with another lender, but it was WAY to expensive. James is certainly a Rocket Mortgage Asset. No doubt, you've heard this before and are not surprised to hear it again. I was moved to tears, literally, by his ability to help my husband and I refinance our mortgage and consolidate our debt. Today has been what I call "a God thing" kind of day.

It has been a rough three years that began before we actually closed on the house. I'm finally getting...James is certainly a Rocket Mortgage Asset. No doubt, you've heard this before and are not surprised to hear it again. I was moved to tears, literally, by his ability to help my husband and I refinance our mortgage and consolidate our debt. Today has been what I call "a God thing" kind of day.

If you have an employee recognition program, James certainly deserves to be recognized. He is so personable, walked us through each of the stops and shared a deep knowledge of the business and what to expect. He goes above and beyond for people he's never even met. He sincerely cares.
