We were very impressed with Kevin throughout the loan process for our first home. We encountered a number of delays/communication issues with a previous bank and decided to pivot to RM knowing they would be able to move quickly to finish what was initially such an arduous and frustrating experience. After explaining the lengthy delays with the previous bank and how it had taken them a whopping 6 months to get our loan near closing stages - Kevin was able to move at lightning speed so that we could take advantage of a 29yr loan promotion that was ending the same day we connected, along with locking in our rate that night as well. He was instrumental in keeping everything moving forward and staying on top of the process from start to finish. It was exactly what we wanted and needed since day 1 of deciding to purchasing our parents' home.

An added bonus was the fact that he genuinely seemed to care about providing us with the best service and also never hesitated to answer our questions in a timely manner (something the other bank lacked). We truly felt valued as a customer from start to finish. As first-time homebuyers this put us at ease and reassured any doubts we previously had. He was very patient with us and kind!
