Awesome is an overused term, but in Kyle's case, it is the right description. He had to deal with my old computer and my lack of tech basic knowledge as well as my embarrassment at not being proficient. He was the perfect gentleman through it all. He took ownership of all the challenges I presented, and found ways to make it work.

I would have rated our experience with Dan Griffith more stars had there been more. Dan exemplifies the service and support we have received from Rocket during our tenure with the lender. We threw some curves at Rocket and Rocket threw some at us. Dan was always there to make sure problems were resolved and we could move forward with our refi. Dan was always there to make sure problems were resolved and we could move forward with our refi. Dan always answered the phone and responded to emails. If he wasn't in, he responded as soon as he could. This type of customer service is something you don't see every day. And just underscores why Rocket is our preferred lender.
